遭難時求主眷顧
102:1
（困苦人發昏的時候，在耶和華面前吐露苦情的禱告。）耶和華啊，求你聽我的禱告，容我的呼求達到你面前！ [NASB] Hear my prayer, O LORD! And let my cry for help come to You.
102:2
我在急難的日子，求你向我側耳；不要向我掩面！我呼求的日子，求你快快應允我！ [NASB] Do not hide Your face from me in the day of my distress; Incline Your ear to me; In the day when I call answer me quickly.
102:3
因為，我的年日如煙雲消滅；我的骨頭如火把燒著。 [NASB] For my days have been consumed in smoke, And my bones have been scorched like a hearth.
102:4
我的心被傷，如草枯乾，甚至我忘記喫飯。 [NASB] My heart has been smitten like grass and has withered away, Indeed, I forget to eat my bread.
102:5
因我唉哼的聲音，我的肉緊貼骨頭。 [NASB] Because of the loudness of my groaning My bones cling to my flesh.
102:6
我如同曠野的鵜鶘；我好像荒場的鴞鳥。 [NASB] I resemble a pelican of the wilderness; I have become like an owl of the waste places.
102:7
我警醒不睡；我像房頂上孤單的麻雀。 [NASB] I lie awake, I have become like a lonely bird on a housetop.
102:8
我的仇敵終日辱罵我；向我猖狂的人指著我賭咒。 [NASB] My enemies have reproached me all day long; Those who deride me have used my {name} as a curse.
102:9
我喫過爐灰，如同喫飯；我所喝的與眼淚攙雜。 [NASB] For I have eaten ashes like bread And mingled my drink with weeping
102:10
這都因你的惱恨和忿怒；你把我拾起來，又把我摔下去。 [NASB] Because of Your indignation and Your wrath, For You have lifted me up and cast me away.
102:11
我的年日如日影偏斜；我也如草枯乾。 [NASB] My days are like a lengthened shadow, And I wither away like grass.
求 神憐恤錫安
102:12
惟你耶和華必存到永遠；你可記念的名也存到萬代。 [NASB] But You, O LORD, abide forever, And Your name to all generations.
102:13
你必起來憐恤錫安，因現在是可憐他的時候，日期已經到了。 [NASB] You will arise {and} have compassion on Zion; For it is time to be gracious to her, For the appointed time has come.
102:14
你的僕人原來喜悅他的石頭，可憐他的塵土。 [NASB] Surely Your servants find pleasure in her stones And feel pity for her dust.
102:15
列國要敬畏耶和華的名；世上諸王都敬畏你的榮耀。 [NASB] So the nations will fear the name of the LORD And all the kings of the earth Your glory.
102:16
因為耶和華建造了錫安，在他榮耀裏顯現。 [NASB] For the LORD has built up Zion; He has appeared in His glory.
102:17
他垂聽窮人的禱告，並不藐視他們的祈求。 [NASB] He has regarded the prayer of the destitute And has not despised their prayer.
102:18
這必為後代的人記下，將來受造的民要讚美耶和華。 [NASB] This will be written for the generation to come, That a people yet to be created may praise the LORD.
102:19
因為，他從至高的聖所垂看；耶和華從天向地觀察， [NASB] For He looked down from His holy height; From heaven the LORD gazed upon the earth,
102:20
要垂聽被囚之人的歎息，要釋放將要死的人， [NASB] To hear the groaning of the prisoner, To set free those who were doomed to death,
102:21
使人在錫安傳揚耶和華的名，在耶路撒冷傳揚讚美他的話， [NASB] That {men} may tell of the name of the LORD in Zion And His praise in Jerusalem,
102:22
就是在萬民和列國聚會事奉耶和華的時候。 [NASB] When the peoples are gathered together, And the kingdoms, to serve the LORD.
102:23
他使我的力量中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。 [NASB] He has weakened my strength in the way; He has shortened my days.
102:24
我說：我的神啊，不要使我中年去世。你的年數世世無窮！ [NASB] I say, "O my God, do not take me away in the midst of my days, Your years are throughout all generations.
102:25
你起初立了地的根基；天也是你手所造的。 [NASB] "Of old You founded the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
102:26
天地都要滅沒，你卻要長存；天地都要如外衣漸漸舊了。你要將天地如裏衣更換，天地就改變了。 [NASB] "Even they will perish, but You endure; And all of them will wear out like a garment; Like clothing You will change them and they will be changed.
102:27
惟有你永不改變；你的年數沒有窮盡。 [NASB] "But You are the same, And Your years will not come to an end.
102:28
你僕人的子孫要長存；他們的後裔要堅立在你面前。 [NASB] "The children of Your servants will continue, And their descendants will be established before You."
