（上行之詩。）坐在天上的主啊，我向你舉目。 [NASB] To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens!
123:2
看哪，僕人的眼睛怎樣望主人的手，使女的眼睛怎樣望主母的手，我們的眼睛也照樣望耶和華我們的神，直到他憐憫我們。 [NASB] Behold, as the eyes of servants {look} to the hand of their master, As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes {look} to the LORD our God, Until He is gracious to us.
123:3
耶和華啊，求你憐憫我們，憐憫我們！因為我們被藐視，已到極處。 [NASB] Be gracious to us, O LORD, be gracious to us, For we are greatly filled with contempt.
123:4
我們被那些安逸人的譏誚和驕傲人的藐視，已到極處。 [NASB] Our soul is greatly filled With the scoffing of those who are at ease, {And} with the contempt of the proud.
