143:1
（大衛的詩。）耶和華啊，求你聽我的禱告，留心聽我的懇求，憑你的信實和公義應允我。 [NASB] Hear my prayer, O LORD, Give ear to my supplications! Answer me in Your faithfulness, in Your righteousness!
143:2
求你不要審問僕人；因為在你面前，凡活著的人沒有一個是義的。 [NASB] And do not enter into judgment with Your servant, For in Your sight no man living is righteous.
143:3
原來仇敵逼迫我，將我打倒在地，使我住在幽暗之處，像死了許久的人一樣。 [NASB] For the enemy has persecuted my soul; He has crushed my life to the ground; He has made me dwell in dark places, like those who have long been dead.
143:4
所以，我的靈在我裏面發昏；我的心在我裏面悽慘。 [NASB] Therefore my spirit is overwhelmed within me; My heart is appalled within me.
143:5
我追想古時之日，思想你的一切作為，默念你手的工作。 [NASB] I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Your doings; I muse on the work of Your hands.
143:6
我向你舉手；我的心渴想你，如乾旱之地盼雨一樣。（細拉） [NASB] I stretch out my hands to You; My soul {longs} for You, as a parched land. Selah.
143:7
耶和華啊，求你速速應允我！我心神耗盡！不要向我掩面，免得我像那些下坑的人一樣。 [NASB] Answer me quickly, O LORD, my spirit fails; Do not hide Your face from me, Or I will become like those who go down to the pit.
143:8
求你使我清晨得聽你慈愛之言，因我倚靠你；求你使我知道當行的路，因我的心仰望你。 [NASB] Let me hear Your lovingkindness in the morning; For I trust in You; Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to You I lift up my soul.
143:9
耶和華啊，求你救我脫離我的仇敵！我往你那裏藏身。 [NASB] Deliver me, O LORD, from my enemies; I take refuge in You.
143:10
求你指教我遵行你的旨意，因你是我的神。你的靈本為善；求你引我到平坦之地。 [NASB] Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God; Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
143:11
耶和華啊，求你為你的名將我救活，憑你的公義，將我從患難中領出來， [NASB] For the sake of Your name, O LORD, revive me. In Your righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.
143:12
憑你的慈愛剪除我的仇敵，滅絕一切苦待我的人，因我是你的僕人。 [NASB] And in Your lovingkindness, cut off my enemies And destroy all those who afflict my soul, For I am Your servant.
