投靠主者乃為有福
34:1
（大衛在亞比米勒面前裝瘋，被他趕出去，就作這詩。）我要時時稱頌耶和華；讚美他的話必常在我口中。 [NASB] I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
34:2
我的心必因耶和華誇耀；謙卑人聽見就要喜樂。 [NASB] My soul will make its boast in the LORD; The humble will hear it and rejoice.
34:3
你們和我當稱耶和華為大，一同高舉他的名。 [NASB] O magnify the LORD with me, And let us exalt His name together.
34:4
我曾尋求耶和華，他就應允我，救我脫離了一切的恐懼。 [NASB] I sought the LORD, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
34:5
凡仰望他的，便有光榮；他們的臉必不蒙羞。 [NASB] They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces will never be ashamed.
34:6
我這困苦人呼求，耶和華便垂聽，救我脫離一切患難。 [NASB] This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him And saved him out of all his troubles.
34:7
耶和華的使者在敬畏他的人四圍安營，搭救他們。 [NASB] The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him, And rescues them.
34:8
你們要嘗嘗主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善；投靠他的人有福了！ [NASB] O taste and see that the LORD is good; How blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!
34:9
耶和華的聖民哪，你們當敬畏他，因敬畏他的一無所缺。 [NASB] O fear the LORD, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no want.
34:10
少壯獅子還缺食忍餓，但尋求耶和華的甚麼好處都不缺。 [NASB] The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the LORD shall not be in want of any good thing.
34:11
眾弟子啊，你們當來聽我的話！我要將敬畏耶和華的道教訓你們。 [NASB] Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
神垂聽義人的呼求
34:12
有何人喜好存活，愛慕長壽，得享美福， [NASB] Who is the man who desires life And loves {length of} days that he may see good?
34:13
就要禁止舌頭不出惡言，嘴唇不說詭詐的話。 [NASB] Keep your tongue from evil And your lips from speaking deceit.
34:14
要離惡行善，尋求和睦，一心追趕。 [NASB] Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it.
34:15
耶和華的眼目看顧義人；他的耳朵聽他們的呼求。 [NASB] The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous And His ears are {open} to their cry.
34:16
耶和華向行惡的人變臉，要從世上除滅他們的名號。 [NASB] The face of the LORD is against evildoers, To cut off the memory of them from the earth.
34:17
義人呼求，耶和華聽見了，便救他們脫離一切患難。 [NASB] {The righteous} cry, and the LORD hears And delivers them out of all their troubles.
34:18
耶和華靠近傷心的人，拯救靈性痛悔的人。 [NASB] The LORD is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
34:19
義人多有苦難，但耶和華救他脫離這一切， [NASB] Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all.
34:20
又保全他一身的骨頭，連一根也不折斷。 [NASB] He keeps all his bones, Not one of them is broken.
34:21
惡必害死惡人；恨惡義人的，必被定罪。 [NASB] Evil shall slay the wicked, And those who hate the righteous will be condemned.
34:22
耶和華救贖他僕人的靈魂；凡投靠他的，必不致定罪。 [NASB] The LORD redeems the soul of His servants, And none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned.
