讚美　神為其民的避難所
46:1	（可拉後裔的詩歌，交與伶長。調用女音。）神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。 [NASB] God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.
46:2	所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心， [NASB] Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea;
46:3	其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰抖，我們也不害怕。（細拉） [NASB] Though its waters roar {and} foam, Though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah.
46:4	有一道河，這河的分汊使神的城歡喜；這城就是至高者居住的聖所。 [NASB] There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, The holy dwelling places of the Most High.
46:5	神在其中，城必不動搖；到天一亮，神必幫助這城。 [NASB] God is in the midst of her, she will not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns.
46:6	外邦喧嚷，列國動搖；神發聲，地便鎔化。 [NASB] The nations made an uproar, the kingdoms tottered; He raised His voice, the earth melted.
46:7	萬軍之耶和華與我們同在；雅各的神是我們的避難所！（細拉） [NASB] The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.
46:8	你們來看耶和華的作為，看他使地怎樣荒涼。 [NASB] Come, behold the works of the LORD, Who has wrought desolations in the earth.
46:9	他止息刀兵，直到地極；他折弓、斷槍，把戰車焚燒在火中。 [NASB] He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth; He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots with fire.
46:10	你們要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。 [NASB] "Cease {striving} and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
46:11	萬軍之耶和華與我們同在；雅各的神是我們的避難所！ [NASB] The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.
