誦讀 詩篇 第40-45章 (感謝好牧人網站提供和合本聖經誦讀)
曾蒙拯救樂遵 神
40:1 [NASB] I waited patiently for the LORD; And He inclined to me and heard my cry.
40:2 [NASB] He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay, And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.
40:3 [NASB] He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; Many will see and fear And will trust in the LORD.
40:4 [NASB] How blessed is the man who has made the LORD his trust, And has not turned to the proud, nor to those who lapse into falsehood.
40:5 [NASB] Many, O LORD my God, are the wonders which You have done, And Your thoughts toward us; There is none to compare with You. If I would declare and speak of them, They would be too numerous to count.
40:6 [NASB] Sacrifice and meal offering You have not desired; My ears You have opened; Burnt offering and sin offering You have not required.
40:7 [NASB] Then I said, "Behold, I come; In the scroll of the book it is written of me.
40:8 [NASB] I delight to do Your will, O my God; Your Law is within my heart."
40:9 [NASB] I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will not restrain my lips, O LORD, You know.
40:10 [NASB] I have not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation.
今陷苦況求 神搭救
40:11 [NASB] You, O LORD, will not withhold Your compassion from me; Your lovingkindness and Your truth will continually preserve me.
40:12 [NASB] For evils beyond number have surrounded me; My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see; They are more numerous than the hairs of my head, And my heart has failed me.
40:13 [NASB] Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me; Make haste, O LORD, to help me.
40:14 [NASB] Let those be ashamed and humiliated together Who seek my life to destroy it; Let those be turned back and dishonored Who delight in my hurt.
40:15 [NASB] Let those be appalled because of their shame Who say to me, "Aha, aha!"
40:16 [NASB] Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your salvation say continually, "The LORD be magnified!"
40:17 [NASB] Since I am afflicted and needy, Let the Lord be mindful of me. You are my help and my deliverer; Do not delay, O my God.
病中求 神憐恤
41:1 [NASB] How blessed is he who considers the helpless; The LORD will deliver him in a day of trouble.
41:2 [NASB] The LORD will protect him and keep him alive, And he shall be called blessed upon the earth; And do not give him over to the desire of his enemies.
41:3 [NASB] The LORD will sustain him upon his sickbed; In his illness, You restore him to health.
41:4 [NASB] As for me, I said, "O LORD, be gracious to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You."
41:5 [NASB] My enemies speak evil against me, "When will he die, and his name perish?"
41:6 [NASB] And when he comes to see {me,} he speaks falsehood; His heart gathers wickedness to itself; When he goes outside, he tells it.
41:7 [NASB] All who hate me whisper together against me; Against me they devise my hurt, {saying,}
41:8 [NASB] "A wicked thing is poured out upon him, That when he lies down, he will not rise up again."
41:9 [NASB] Even my close friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.
41:10 [NASB] But You, O LORD, be gracious to me and raise me up, That I may repay them.
41:11 [NASB] By this I know that You are pleased with me, Because my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.
41:12 [NASB] As for me, You uphold me in my integrity, And You set me in Your presence forever.
41:13 [NASB] Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, From everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.
被擄遭欺壓時仰望 神
42:1 [NASB] As the deer pants for the water brooks, So my soul pants for You, O God.
42:2 [NASB] My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; When shall I come and appear before God?
42:3 [NASB] My tears have been my food day and night, While {they} say to me all day long, "Where is your God?"
42:4 [NASB] These things I remember and I pour out my soul within me. For I used to go along with the throng {and} lead them in procession to the house of God, With the voice of joy and thanksgiving, a multitude keeping festival.
42:5 [NASB] Why are you in despair, O my soul? And {why} have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him {For} the help of His presence.
42:6 [NASB] O my God, my soul is in despair within me; Therefore I remember You from the land of the Jordan And the peaks of Hermon, from Mount Mizar.
42:7 [NASB] Deep calls to deep at the sound of Your waterfalls; All Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me.
42:8 [NASB] The LORD will command His lovingkindness in the daytime; And His song will be with me in the night, A prayer to the God of my life.
42:9 [NASB] I will say to God my rock, "Why have You forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?"
42:10 [NASB] As a shattering of my bones, my adversaries revile me, While they say to me all day long, "Where is your God?"
42:11 [NASB] Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.
受異族欺壓求 神伸冤
43:1 [NASB] Vindicate me, O God, and plead my case against an ungodly nation; O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man!
43:2 [NASB] For You are the God of my strength; why have You rejected me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
43:3 [NASB] O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy hill And to Your dwelling places.
43:4 [NASB] Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy; And upon the lyre I shall praise You, O God, my God.
43:5 [NASB] Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God.
追念 神古時的拯救
44:1 [NASB] O God, we have heard with our ears, Our fathers have told us The work that You did in their days, In the days of old.
44:2 [NASB] You with Your own hand drove out the nations; Then You planted them; You afflicted the peoples, Then You spread them abroad.
44:3 [NASB] For by their own sword they did not possess the land, And their own arm did not save them, But Your right hand and Your arm and the light of Your presence, For You favored them.
44:4 [NASB] You are my King, O God; Command victories for Jacob.
44:5 [NASB] Through You we will push back our adversaries; Through Your name we will trample down those who rise up against us.
44:6 [NASB] For I will not trust in my bow, Nor will my sword save me.
44:7 [NASB] But You have saved us from our adversaries, And You have put to shame those who hate us.
44:8 [NASB] In God we have boasted all day long, And we will give thanks to Your name forever. Selah.
陳述今時之苦求 神施救
44:9 [NASB] Yet You have rejected {us} and brought us to dishonor, And do not go out with our armies.
44:10 [NASB] You cause us to turn back from the adversary; And those who hate us have taken spoil for themselves.
44:11 [NASB] You give us as sheep to be eaten And have scattered us among the nations.
44:12 [NASB] You sell Your people cheaply, And have not profited by their sale.
44:13 [NASB] You make us a reproach to our neighbors, A scoffing and a derision to those around us.
44:14 [NASB] You make us a byword among the nations, A laughingstock among the peoples.
44:15 [NASB] All day long my dishonor is before me And my humiliation has overwhelmed me,
44:16 [NASB] Because of the voice of him who reproaches and reviles, Because of the presence of the enemy and the avenger.
44:17 [NASB] All this has come upon us, but we have not forgotten You, And we have not dealt falsely with Your covenant.
44:18 [NASB] Our heart has not turned back, And our steps have not deviated from Your way,
44:19 [NASB] Yet You have crushed us in a place of jackals And covered us with the shadow of death.
44:20 [NASB] If we had forgotten the name of our God Or extended our hands to a strange god,
44:21 [NASB] Would not God find this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart.
44:22 [NASB] But for Your sake we are killed all day long; We are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.
44:23 [NASB] Arouse Yourself, why do You sleep, O Lord? Awake, do not reject us forever.
44:24 [NASB] Why do You hide Your face {And} forget our affliction and our oppression?
44:25 [NASB] For our soul has sunk down into the dust; Our body cleaves to the earth.
44:26 [NASB] Rise up, be our help, And redeem us for the sake of Your lovingkindness.
讚美 神的德威
45:1 [NASB] My heart overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer.
45:2 [NASB] You are fairer than the sons of men; Grace is poured upon Your lips; Therefore God has blessed You forever.
45:3 [NASB] Gird Your sword on {Your} thigh, O Mighty One, {In} Your splendor and Your majesty!
45:4 [NASB] And in Your majesty ride on victoriously, For the cause of truth and meekness {and} righteousness; Let Your right hand teach You awesome things.
45:5 [NASB] Your arrows are sharp; The peoples fall under You; {Your arrows are} in the heart of the King's enemies.
45:6 [NASB] Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
45:7 [NASB] You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of joy above Your fellows.
45:8 [NASB] All Your garments are {fragrant with} myrrh and aloes {and} cassia; Out of ivory palaces stringed instruments have made You glad.
45:9 [NASB] Kings' daughters are among Your noble ladies; At Your right hand stands the queen in gold from Ophir.
45:10 [NASB] Listen, O daughter, give attention and incline your ear: Forget your people and your father's house;
45:11 [NASB] Then the King will desire your beauty. Because He is your Lord, bow down to Him.
45:12 [NASB] The daughter of Tyre {will come} with a gift; The rich among the people will seek your favor.
45:13 [NASB] The King's daughter is all glorious within; Her clothing is interwoven with gold.
45:14 [NASB] She will be led to the King in embroidered work; The virgins, her companions who follow her, Will be brought to You.
45:15 [NASB] They will be led forth with gladness and rejoicing; They will enter into the King's palace.
45:16 [NASB] In place of your fathers will be your sons; You shall make them princes in all the earth.
45:17 [NASB] I will cause Your name to be remembered in all generations; Therefore the peoples will give You thanks forever and ever.
