義人蒙福惡人必滅亡
1:1
不從惡人的計謀，不站罪人的道路，不坐褻慢人的座位， [NASB] How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!
1:2
惟喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜思想，這人便為有福！ [NASB] But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.
1:3
他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁，按時候結果子，葉子也不枯乾。凡他所做的盡都順利。 [NASB] He will be like a tree {firmly} planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers.
1:4
惡人並不是這樣，乃像糠吓被風吹散。 [NASB] The wicked are not so, But they are like chaff which the wind drives away.
1:5
因此，當審判的時候惡人必站立不住；罪人在義人的會中也是如此。 [NASB] Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

因為耶和華知道義人的道路；惡人的道路卻必滅亡。 [NASB] For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wicked will perish.
