Former Enron CEO gets a 24-year sentence despite his pleas of being innocent. Jeffery Skilling’s, the former CEO, attorney said that they will appeal.

Jefferey pleaded that he was innocent. “I am innocent” Skilling pleaded. Former Enron Employees did not concur. “It was a good sentence, but if the judge had given him 199 years… I would have… clapped,” Diana Peters said. She worked for Enron for more than 11 years. She lost more than half a million dollars.
