Many men don’t go to church anymore. In one church about 80% are women. David Murrow even wrote a book called, “Why Men Hate Going to Church”.

This isn’t just happening now, it’s been happening since the 19th Century. In the middle of the 19th century, 2/3rd of church members in England were women. Most pastors have learned to never expect more men than women. Men just don’t seem to go to church anymore.

Women rule the church, said Jean Lucas, a member at a church. But, it doesn’t matter to her. She says they pray for them, but they don’t need them.
