讀經 Scriptures Reading: 馬太福音Matthew 7:13-27

A. 兩種路Two Kinds of Roads 馬太Matt.7:13-14,

“你們要進窄門．因為引到滅亡、那門是寬的、路是大的、進去的人也多。

引到永生、那門是窄的、路是小的、找著的人也少。

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life and only a few find it.”

解經Commentary:

1. The 1^st road is narrow with a small gate. This path is restricted, those who are not willing to closely follow and obey the teachings of Jesus will inevitably (不可避免的) find the gate too small, so that few people get into it.; It is lead to the eternal life. (John10:7-9) True disciples follow the narrow path of holy living that leads to life. 真正跟隨耶穌並服從教導之人．不可避免的近入窄門得永生。”我就是門．凡從我進來的、必然得救”-(約翰福音10:7-9) 。

2. The 2^nd road is broad with a wide gate with no restrictions, no rules, no regulations to get in; so many people choose this road for travel due to its easy; it leads to destruction.多人選寬大沒受限制之易路、是引到滅亡之路.

B. 兩種先知Two Kinds of Prophets 馬太Matt.7:15-20,

你們要防備假先知．他們到你們這裡來、外面披著羊皮、裡面卻是殘暴的狼"Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

憑著他們的果子、就可以認出他們來。荊棘上豈能摘葡萄呢．蒺藜裡豈能摘無花果呢。By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 這樣、凡好樹都結好果子、惟獨壞樹結壞果子。Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.

好樹不能結壞果子、壞樹不能結好果子。A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 凡不結好果子的樹、就砍下來、丟在火裡。

Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

所以憑著他們的果子、就可以認出他們來。Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

解經Commentary:

1. A True prophet’s teaching and behavior leads others to follow the path of holy and Christ like living, this is sign of good fruit.

真先知之教導和行為領人走正路、結好果子有基督之形象。

2. A false prophet’s teaching, just like bearing bad tree, needs to cut it down and thrown into the fire on the day of judgment; Jesus warned His disciples from judging others in Verse1 and 2. 假先知之教導如同果樹結出壞果子．須砍掉在審判日受審; 耶穌警告我們不要論斷人、因我們怎樣論斷人、也必怎樣被論斷。用甚麼量器量給人、也必用甚麼量器量給你們。馬太7:1-2

3. When Jesus talks about bad trees, he means teachers who deliberately teach false doctrine. We must examine the teachers’ motives, the direction they are taking and the results they are seeking. - Commentary of NIV p.1969.

C. 兩種門徒Two Kinds of Disciples 馬太Matt.7:21-23,

凡稱呼我主阿、主阿的人、不能都進天國．"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

當那日必有許多人對我說、主阿、主阿、我們不是奉你的名傳道、奉你的名趕鬼、奉你的名行許多異能麼。Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name; and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?'

我就明明的告訴他們說、我從來不認識你們、你們這些作惡的人、離開我去罷。Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you; Away from me, you evildoers!'

解經Commentary:

1. 信基督為中心信仰的基督徒Faith in Christ’ Center Christians: Discipleship is not only a profession of faith in Jesus but Obey to Him.

做門徒不只有信仰並要服從神的旨意。

2. 不以基督為中心的基督門徒 Faith in Self Center Christians: will not be welcomed into God’s kingdom of heaven.

3. Jesus exposed those people who sounded religious but had no personal relationship with him. On “that day” (the day of judgment), only our relationship with Christ-our acceptance of him as Savior and our obedience to him-will matter. Many people think that if they are “good” people and say religious things, they will be rewarded with eternal life. In reality, faith in Christ is what will count at the judgment. (Commentary of NIV)人們以為好人就可得救,其實要接受耶穌基督為救主並和他親近之.

D. Two Kinds of Builder 馬太Matt.7:24-27,

v.v.24-25所以凡聽見我這話就去行的、好比一個聰明人、把房子蓋在磐石上。

雨淋、水沖、風吹、撞著那房子、房子總不倒塌．因為根基立在磐石上。

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

v.v.26-27凡聽見我這話不去行的、好比一個無知的人、把房子蓋在沙土上。

雨淋、水沖、風吹、撞著那房子、房子就倒塌了．並且倒塌得很大。But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash."

解經Commentary: 耶穌以蓋兩種完全不同根基之房子為例來完成他的信息。 Jesus finished His sermon with a parable that contrasts two kinds of builders

1. 聰明人蓋房子在磐石上很安全強壯。如聽到基督的話而行出來生活中。- ”只是你們要行道、不要單單聽道、自己欺哄自己．”雅各書4:22-27

Wise built house on the rock stood strong and safe just like put it in action.

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” (James 4:22-27)

2. 愚人蓋房子在沙上不安全沒根基。如聽到基督的話而不行出來生活中。-

The house built on sand is like a person who hears Words but not put them into practice.

E. Conclusion:

1. The road of Following Jesus will sometimes be narrow and unpopular; we just follow, obey Him, and put His words into action in our lives. It will take us to eternity. 雖是窄路不方便走, 只要聽從並行出, 可引到永生。-

2. Believing in Jesus is the only way to heaven, because he alone died for our sins and made us right before God. Living his way may not be popular, but it is true and right. Thank God there is one way! 只有一條路到天國就是信耶穌, 因他訂死十字架之寶血洗淨我們的罪, 使我們可跟神直接交通。

3. If we put our full devotion and obedience, this is the essence of what it means to live a holy life. Our path will lead to true and abundant life, from now and forevermore. 專心服從就有豐盛的生命和聖靈同在的生命,

4. We have heard His call to true life, we can be sure to have the blessed because Jesus himself with us always. We need to response to His calling and this is the essence of what it means to live a holy life.

回應神的呼召就是活在聖靈同在的生命,定能蒙福,,因神時刻與您同在。
