Qingdao designated the year of 2018 as the year of enhancing business environment of Qingdao to Class-A in the Class-A Business Environment Enhancing Mobilization Meeting held recently, pointing out that the city should solve the problem of difficulty and low efficiency in processing business matters for companies and people. It aims to build up domestic class-A business environment that has the least procedures, shortest time, and best service in reviewing business matters.
In order to provide as much convenience as possible, in 2018, Qingdao will make efforts in 7 things: at most one time for all people and companies to deal with administration-related business matters; 0-time is better for companies and people to deal with administration-related business matters; the shortest processing time in China; reinforcing service notifying service, all administrations in all cities/districts should clarify all requirements and notify people; to get service by pressing one-button, to provide convenience in submitting complains, and to open 12345 Qingdao class-A business environment enhancing year administration service line and WeChat account (Qingdao12345) to accept inquiry and complaints from people.
