Two medical aesthetic projects signed with Wenjiang

Wenjiang district in Chengdu city, Sichuan province, signed two medical aesthetic projects at the first Chengdu International Aesthetic Industry Conference June 8. The two projects have agreed investment worth 8 billion yuan ($1.25billion).

The projects include two medical complexes invested in by the Qian Hai Life Insurance Health Co and the Shanghai Rui De Youth and Health Co.

Based on the deals, Qian Hai will spend 7 billion yuan on many medical centers, nursing homes and malls for aged people, women and children.

The Rui De project, costing 1 billion yuan, will see the establishment of a high-end medical aesthetic complex integrating medical research and development, cosmetic services and commercial facilities in the Chengdu Medical City in Wenjiang.

With the two projects, Wenjiang aims to build "one headquarters, one valley, one gallery and one route" in the future.

"One headquarter" means a medical aesthetic headquarters relying on Chengdu health service industry cluster to develop an incubator center, display marketing center, information exchange center, and a public service center.

"One valley" means the most beautiful China Industrial Valley relying on the A section of Chengdu Medical City to develop manufacturing bases for medical aesthetic manufacturing and related industrial chains.

"One gallery" means a medical aesthetic gallery relying on Guanghua health service industry to develop anti-aging service by stem cell and private medical aesthetic program.

"One route" means a medical aesthetic tour route relying on Chengdu agricultural garden to introduce boutique hotels, courtyards and homestay facilities.
