Yunnan takes an active part in the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) being held in Shanghai to seek opportunities for cooperation.

On the afternoon of November 6, Yunnan Trading Delegation held a promotion meeting in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center about the Exhibition and Trading Center for Commodities from South and Southeast Asia and the “Everlasting China-South Asia Expo”.

It is introduced that Yunnan will open a special display and trading venue focusing on the import commodities from South and Southeast Asia. 

During the promotion, the Yunnan delegation also highlighted the eight key industries of the province including bio-medicine and big health, tourism and culture, and information to attract international partners. (Zhang Ruogu, Han Chengyuan, Zhou Can)
