The Sichuan Airlines has planned to launch a non-stop flight between Chengdu and Japan¡¦s Sapporo in March, according to information released by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
The new service will operate thrice a week. Meanwhile, the company will add four more flights a week between Chengdu and Osaka.
The launch of Chengdu-Sapporo flight will increase the number of routes linking Chengdu and Japan to three.
On October 24, 2018, Chengdu signed an MoU on friendly exchange with Sapporo to strengthen mutual ties and cooperation in multiple fields.
