A total of 13 startups from Singapore, the ROK and Lithuania, etc., presented their innovation and entrepreneurship (I & E) projects at the event.

The 2019 SBC China International FastTrack Summit, guided by the management committee of the Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone (CDHT), organized by the bureau of science & technology and talent work of CDHT, and undertaken by the Startupbootcamp China (SBC China), was staged June 11 here in the city. A total of 13 startups from Singapore, the ROK and Lithuania, etc., presented their innovation and entrepreneurship (I & E) projects at the event.

Before the Summit, the organizer had promoted I & E opportunities in China and CDHT's I & E climate among overseas innovation institutions and project teams in Seoul, Boston and Singapore. And through nearly 60 online and offline interviews, they selected the 13 startups to present their projects and products in Chengdu.

"Specializing in new economy industries, the products focus on public health, smart manufacturing, Internet of Things, game and other fields. The teams have developed well enough for financing and are interested in expanding into China," said Mr. Wang Haolei, project director of the SBC China. He hopes that the event would help make it possible for the foreign startups to develop in Chengdu.

SBC is a London-based global leading vertical industry accelerator. Since inception in 2010, it has held more than 1,000 such events in nearly 100 cities in 50+ countries.
