In order to implement the requirements of the related municipal document and improve the budget performance management level of Qingdao High-tech Zone, recently, the Financial Department of Qingdao High-tech Zone carried out the special training on the formulation of performance objectives and performance evaluation. The meeting was attended by the personnel in charge of performance work from all departments of the Management Committee of Qingdao High-tech Zone.

At the meeting, the lecturers from Rudde Accounting Firm made a detailed explanation on the connotation, basis of performance management and performance target formulation. The relevant personnel of each department had a in-depth discuss with the lecturer on the issues of the target formulation and performance evaluation.

Through the training, the performance management personnel of all departments in Qingdao High-tech Zone have a deeper understanding of their own work, which will help to improve the work level of high budget management, and provide important help for the establishment of a comprehensive, whole-process and all-covering budget performance management system in Qingdao High-tech Zone by the end of 2022.
