To deal with problems related to the construction quality of refined decorated residential projects and improve the delivery quality and the satisfaction of owners, the Construction Department of Qingdao High-tech Zone carried out an "Open Day" activity for owners before the completion and acceptance of some refined decorated residential projects.

Taking Shanda No.19 plot as a pilot, the "Open Day" activity invited all its 290 owners to take part in. In two days, 184 owners attended the activity and put forward a total of 1,873 questions related to decoration quality, project quality and supporting facilities. Construction units collected and sorted out problems and advice put forward by owners, arranged staff members to follow up and deal with the problems, and promised to complete the rectification before delivery.

"We hope to provide a chance for owners to understand the decoration, construction quality, supporting facilities and details of their houses through this kind of activity", said head of the construction department, adding "at the same time, construction units could learn about owners' advice and evaluation. In this way, we build a bridge for construction units and owners, and create a fair and harmonious delivery environment."

Next, the Construction Department of Qingdao High-tech Zone will try to organize various kinds of activities in accordance with different festivals to let owners to take part in quality management and enhance their satisfaction.
