Crispy fried chicken, traditional Kunming snacks, different types of seafood…

What you actually see are stone carvings in shape of mouthwatering food displayed at the 2017 China Kunming Stone Expo in Kunming, Yunnan Province from July 10-17. The "feast" is created out of rare stones and draws a lot of tourists and local residents.

The Kunming Stone Expo has been held annually since 2006. At this year's expo, exhibitors from more than 20 countries attend with a big variety of jewelry, jades and ornamental stones, most of which are both for sale and exhibition. More than 2,800 standard booths are set up in seven pavilions, which in total occupy an exhibition area of 65,000 square meters.
