The first bank dedicated to cultural creativity in Shandong was set up in Qingdao

The Qingdao Bank Wenchuang Subbranch Bank, the first bank in Shandong Province dedicated to the development of cultural creativity industry was set up in Qingdao on December 29th 2017 to alleviate “fund-raising difficulties” confronted by the Qingdao cultural creativity industry and boost the development of cultural creativity industry.

The Qingdao Bank Wenchuang Subbranch Bank has set up professional financial service team to offer preferential treatment and expand credit aid for the cultural creativity industry in terms of credit approval system and non-performing loan tolerance. The Qingdao Bank Wenchuang Subbranch Bank will set up a mass credit granting platform and improve loan approval efficiency by carrying out differentiated interest rate pricing mechanism and green credit approval process and establish special award fund to promote the inheritance and development of key cultures.

In the coming 5 years, Qingdao Bank will offer 10 billion credit funds for cultural creativity-oriented enterprises in Qingdao, take the priority to allocate credit line and utilize scarce resources to facilitate the development of small and medium-sized cultural creativity-oriented enterprises.
