Qingdao built 24H government affairs self-service zone

Qingdao’s 1st 24-hour government affairs self-service zone is composed of a self-service application service terminal and a smart filing cabinet made debut in Shinan district recently. Through this so-called Government Affairs ATM, companies and residents of District Shinan can process over 20 kinds of affairs, including public area hygiene license, labor dispatch license, city building waste treatment license.

Two government affairs self-service areas were placed both inside and outside of the Shinan district administrative service hall. The self-service application service terminal integrates nearly 20 devices, including a document scanner, high-speed printer, touch screen, ID card reading machine, social security ID card reading machine, receipt printer, bar-code scanner, and fingerprint recognizer, and provides sections such as common business, operation guide, appointment, process inquiry, process strategy. Through the terminal, you can process over 20 kinds of common affairs such as applying for sports business, labor dispatch, building trash treatment, building waste treatment, establishing travel agency, medical organization, healthcare facility, medicine business, outdoor advertisement, and also can check business guide and common problems, appoint business time and process. Xue Yan from the governmental affairs service department of governmental affairs service management office of Shinan district said, the terminal has face ID technology, which can check face images taken by high definition camera with ID card, and can record whole process of business processing to guarantee personal information safety of applicants to forbid those process affairs with other’s ID cards.
