The “Paint Qingdao, Praise China” activity of the second Lanwan Art Festival was help on May 18 in the front square of Qingdao Sculpture Park. More than 100 painting artists from 40 countries jointly painted the representative scenic spots on a 50-meter long scroll.

A volunteer team of Hongdao Economic Zone did a flash mobbing during the activity with the theme “Me and My Country”.

In addition, the painting activities also come to the wharf and fishing village of Hongdao Economic Zone. More than 60 artists painted from life in face of the glittering sea, fishermen working in the dock and the reef surrounded by the seawater. Feeling the unique charm of the integration of various cultures in Jiaozhou Bay, the artists all give their thumps up for the beautiful Hongdao Economic Zone.

As a key project of Qingdao international fashion city construction, Lanwan Art Festival builds a platform for cultural communication and exchange between Chinese and foreign artists. The second Lanwan Art Festival will last until the middle of June to display the charm of humanity and nature in Hongdao Economic Zone through rich and colorful artistic creations of artists from all over the world.
