The first Qingdao Multinationals Summit was held from October 19 to 20 in Qingdao International Conference Center. This Summit has put Qingdao under the spotlight of the world stage again. The international events have pushed Qingdao to the forefront of China's new round of high-level opening-up.

James Yan, the APAC General Manager of Nvent, comment that he can learn a lot from this well organized Summit and this is an important Summit that will make China more open to the world.

As for the company's future plans, Mr. Yan suggested that they are planning to build a new factory in Qingdao next year. They have full confidence in the future development of Qingdao and Shandong and will continue to invest more capital, talents and equipment in this market.
