The market supervision department of Qingdao High-tech Zone fully mobilized, deployed and strengthened its work to actively combat the pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Qingdao High-tech Zone attached great importance to the regional market supervision and epidemic prevention and control. In accordance with the requirements and measurements of the municipal government, Qingdao High-tech Zone worked together with Chengyang district and had achieved solid results.

Qingdao High-tech Zone appointed special leading groups to dispatch and guide the market supervision in the core area, Shangma community, Hetao community and Hongdao community. Chengyang market supervision authorities sent one administrative staff to participate in the market supervision of the core area of the zone, and six staff members dispatched in two groups every Saturday and Sunday. Three law enforcement vehicles were used to ensure the availability of manpower and material resources to promote an in-depth and comprehensive on-site supervision and inspection.

Qingdao High-tech Zone carries out the daily workload reporting system, implements grid and standardized supervision and the real-name registration day report system for febrifuge-purchasing. Every day the market supervision authorities inspects no less than five enterprises. As of February 1st, the market supervision authorities had inspected 25 farmer’s markets, 72 restaurants, 90 pharmacies, 103 supermarkets, and one canteen on constuction site.
