The delegation said that Qingdao High-tech Zone is the bellwether in government functional areas across the country and has made remarkable achievements in implementing the reform of streamlining administration, delegating powers to lower levels, strengthening regulation, and optimizing government affairs service, adding that many good experiences and practices are worth learning.
