Qingdao recently released the implementation plan to promote the high-quality development of domestic service industry. As a key city of the national "pace-setter" action on improving the quality and expansion of the domestic service industry, Qingdao will accelerate the high-quality development of the domestic service industry through subsidies, fee reductions and tax cuts, and strive to raise the number of domestic service workers to 35,000 by 2022.

The Implementation plan covers three aspects of development priorities, supporting policies and safeguard measures. In terms of development priorities, the implementation plan combines with the development reality of Qingdao, and plans three key development directions of developing employee-made housekeeping enterprises, guiding the development of industry-education integrated housekeeping enterprises, and promoting the integrated development of housekeeping service industry and related industries. In terms of supporting policies, the implementation plan focuses on strengthening fiscal, taxation and financial support, improving public service policies, and improving the comprehensive quality of domestic service personnel, and puts forward 18 terms of 10 policies with high feasibility and operability. In terms of safeguard measures, the implementation plan mainly elaborates 11 specific measures from four aspects, including establishing work coordination mechanism, perfecting housekeeping service standard and standard system, deepening the housekeeping service credit system, and creating a good development environment of housekeeping service industry
