According to a press conference held on Sept. 14 by Qingdao Municipal Government, the 2020 Sino-European Entrepreneurs Summit Qingdao Forum will kick off on Sept. 19 in Qingdao. The event is hosted by Qingdao Municipal People's Government and Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, and organized by People’s Government of Shinan District of Qingdao, Qingdao Municipal SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission), and Chinese and Foreign Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Qingdao Center.

The Forum, on the theme of “New Change, New Opportunity, New Economy: jointly build a new win-win pattern of ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ international cooperation”, includes a main forum, roundtable forums, roundtable meetings between Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs and mayors of 5 Chinese cities, as well as a series of investment promotion and cooperation contract signing activities. It will be held through a combination of online and offline channels, with its main venue in Qingdao and four overseas branch venues in London, Madrid, Dublin and Milan.
