The 2019 WPFG is being staged in Chengdu and will last till August 18.

The Toughest Competitor Alive (TCA) of the 2019 Chengdu World Police and Fire Games (WPFG), attracting 148 athletes and 3,000 spectators, was concluded August 12 in Shuangliu District.

Mr. David Miklos, Director and Secretary at California Police Athletic Federation (CPAF), highly lauded the event and the great work the 2019 WPFG has done. "The TCA 2019 was outstanding! Many of the athletes who have many years of experience told me this (is) the best TCA they have ever participated in. The entire event was well planned and organized! I compliment the TCA staff, judges, referees, volunteers on making the TCA a great experience for the athletes, their families and the spectators. Thank you!" he wrote.
