Last year, Chengdu realized an annual revenue of RMB395.91 billion from the software industry.

The 17th China International Software Cooperation Conference, jointly held by the Chengdu Municipal People's Government, Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Department, China Information Technology Industry Federation and International Data Group, was convened August 22-23 here in the city.

At the opening ceremony, agreements of 14 projects were signed with a total investment of RMB14.57 billion.

Last year, Chengdu, which had been home to 1849 software companies, realized an annual revenue of RMB395.91 billion from the software industry.
