Agape Caring Center
Praise the Lord! During this COVID-19 pandemic,
American Red Cross hosted four blood
drives at our Youth Center and have
collected 79 pints of blood, saving up to 237 lives. Thanks to all of you who came to support and
made sacrifices to save lives.

Congratulations to Sunny Cui and Serena Yang for Graduating from
Seminary: Praise God, Sunny Cui, Pastor William’s wife, has
completed her internship with Mandarin Congregation, and is graduating from
China Evangelical Seminary North America’s Master of Counselling Study (MCS)
this Summer. Graduation Ceremony will be
held on 10/3 (Sat). Serena Yang, who is
our House of Abundance’s intern for the past two years, is graduating from
Logos Evangelical Seminary with a Master of Divinity Degree this Summer. Graduation Ceremony will be held this fall.
We warmly congratulate the two sisters and ask God to lead and bless them in
their future services!
Praise God for Blessing our Zoom VBS 2020: VBS Theme: "BOLT towards Faith in Jesus" has been successfully
held from July 26th to 30th. 16 leaders had served 97 children from 64
families. Thanks to En Poli, Director of Children’s Ministry, and every leader
for their dedicated hard work. May God reward them and bless the gospel seed to
sprout and grow in every child’s life and bear fruit to glorify God.
Church Improvement Projects: The church is currently undergoing various Improvement projects. Pray that God blesses these renovation
projects and uses our church to glorify His name!
When Will We Reopen Our In-Person Sunday Services? Our Elder Board has decided, for many important reasons, that our
church, including HOA, will be patient and wait for better conditions before
resuming our in-person Sunday services. Details please read our Senior Pastor’s
letter to our Church Family on May 28, which is on our church’s website.

implement the following measures effective immediately (subject to change

of COVID-19 Relief in Northern Iraq
Thank you for your support of the Northern Iraq
COVID-19 relief fundraising effort. With the support of the FECA General
Missions Fund of $10,000, we are able to donate $18,000. We are in the process
of purchasing surgical and reusable cloth masks and ship to the refugee camps.

Spiritual Exercises include
daily one-hour devotion, weekly one-hour spiritual direction, and monthly group

3. Application
for Financial Aid to Seminarians (for 2020-2021 school year)
This Financial Aid to Seminarians program was
established to provide financial assistance to FECA church members, on the
basis of real financial need, as they receive basic theological training to
become Christian ministers or missionaries. The Financial Aid to Seminarians
Policy and Procedure, and application form may be downloaded from FECA website
(www.feca.org, click "Document Download" at the upper right corner
for a list of documents available for download). All applicants should read
through the Policy and Procedure before filling out the application form.
Application deadlines: Fall admission and returning seminarians: 7/17/2020;
Winter/Spring admission: 9/15/2020.
