幸福的秘訣—談知足

‧我們以為知足就是我們沒有的時候要學的東西。保羅說，不是這樣的。有時候你需要學習的是，當你賺得很多錢，你也要學會知足。當你知道耶穌是誰的時候，你無論在哪裡，都會感到滿足。

‧如果你所想的事情就是“要是我能有這一樣東西就好了”，那你永遠不會找到滿足。滿足隻能在耶穌基督裡找到，也唯有在基督裡。

‧我靠著那加給我力量的，凡事都能做。這節經文的目的不是要說，你可以變得富有，而是在基督裡你就是富足的，也就是說，即使你沒有錢，你仍然可以滿足。

‧聖經中有一個原則。箴言11：25說：“好施舍的，必得豐裕﹔滋潤人的，必得滋潤。”保羅說，如果你祝福別人，那你自己也會被祝福。

‧詩篇37：25-26中說：“我從前年幼，現在年老，卻未見過義人被棄，也未見過他的后裔討飯。他終日恩待人，借給人﹔他的后裔也蒙福！”

‧這是耶穌的教導。耶穌說：“你們要先求神的國，上帝的事，上帝看為重要的東西，那麼這些東西都要加給你們。”

‧所以保羅說我喜歡你們腓立比人給我奉獻，並不是因為我需要這些，是因為他為腓利比人感到激動，因為上帝要供給他們一切所需用的。

What do you need to be happy?

This is something Paul learned through his experience. He says, "I've learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know how to be content if I have a lot of stuff."

Contentment has nothing to do with your circumstances. Contentment is found in Jesus Christ and him alone.

When we give to others, God supplies all our needs. Everything will be taken care of. God's going to supply all of our needs; we just have to stay faithful.

Proverbs 11:25 says, "Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered." Paul says: If you're going to bless other people, you're going to be taken care of.

Psalm 37:25–26 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging for bread. He is ever lending generously, and his children become a blessing."
