At the age of 10, Fu-hua Chuang was seriously injured by a fire accident which left her blind and multi-handicapped. She has had a terrible time struggling to overcome her dire misfortune, and has been making marvelous progress in many ways. She dreams that some day she will become a Taiwanese Helen Keller.
