MARK 1:15, "The time has come," he said. "The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!"- Mark 1:15. ¡§In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." (John 3:3)

2nd Timothy 4:1-8, In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: v. 2, preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction. V.3, for the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. V.4, they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. V.5, but you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, and do the work of an evangelist.

Be sensitive to the opportunities God gives you. But keeping your head makes you morally alert to temptation, resistant to pressure and vigilant when facing heavy responsibility. As Paul neared the end of his life, he could confidently say he had been faithful to God¡¦s called. Thus he faced death calmly, knowing that he would be rewarded by Christ.

When you face hardship and discouragement, it is easy to lose sight of the big picture. But you¡¦re not alone, there is help. Many have already made it through life, enduring far more difficulty circumstances than you have experienced. Suffering is the training ground for your maturity.
