前言PREFACE: 今天的課程，教我們很重要的功課、關於有限的金錢能為我們所作和何處是我們的優先必做的呢?  也許有一天我們必動用到我們的存款。但我們不論有多少投資項目卻不能買到健康、年輕、或腦筋清晰。Today’s session teaches an important lesson about the limits of what money can do for us and where we focus our priorities. One day we maybe had reached the limit of what our savings could do. But we couldn’t buy health, youth, or clear mind no matter how much money we had in our investment account.

上週Last Week：我們了解何謂回應上帝的呼召, 為神的國度在工作上之得勝。We learned what it means to answer God’s call to work in the harvest field of the kingdom.

這週This Week：我們將看到耶穌如何教導他的門徒要聰敏運用他們的時間和其他資源、而專心以上帝國的事情為優先。We will look at how Jesus calls His disciples to use their time and other resources wisely, focusing on kingdom priorities.

1.       一位富農A Rich Farmer: 經文 Scriptures reading: 路加Luke 12: 13-21, 眾人中有一個人對耶穌說、夫子、請你吩咐我的兄長和我分家業。耶穌說、你這個人、誰立我作你們斷事的官、給你們分家業呢。於是對眾人說、你們要謹慎自守、免去一切的貪心．因為人的生命、不在乎家道豐富。就用比喻對他們說、有一個財主、田產豐盛．自己心裡思想說、我的出產沒有地方收藏、怎麼辦呢。又說、我要這麼辦．要把我的倉房拆了、另蓋更大的．在那裡好收藏我一切的糧食和財物。然後要對我的靈魂說、靈魂哪、你有許多財物積存、可作多年的費用．只管安安逸逸的喫喝快樂罷。神卻對他說、無知的人哪、今夜必要你的靈魂．你所豫備的、要歸誰呢。凡為自己積財、在　神面前卻不富足的、也是這樣。Someone in the crowd said to him, "Teacher, tell my brother to divide the inheritance with me." Jesus replied, "Man, who appointed me a judge or an arbiter between you?" Then he said to them, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions." And he told them this parable: "The ground of a certain rich man produced a good crop. He thought to himself, 'What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.' "Then he said, 'This is what I'll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of good things laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry." ' "But God said to him, 'You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?' " This is how it will be with anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God."

解經Commentary from the N.I.V.p.2169 & 靈修版208頁, 路加Luke 12: 13-21,

Vv. 13-21, 家道豐富，生命滿足？就這些嗎？類似問題經常會帶到律法教師那裏，雖然耶穌的反應不是直接回答這問題，但也沒改變題目。相反，耶穌是指向一個更高層次: 對累積財富的正確態度。生命不只在於物質，更重要的是我們與上帝的關係，耶穌清楚這個詢問者之心意。當我們在禱告中將問題帶到上帝那裏，祂也常常會這樣告訴我們: 只要我們改變態度，問題自然就得到解決，答案往往與我們所尋找的不同，但生活順從上帝的指導卻是更有效的。Problems like this were often brought to rabbis for them to settle. Jesus’ response, though not directly to the topic, is not a change of subject. Rather, Jesus is pointing to a higher issue – a correct attitude toward the accumulation of wealth. Life is more than material goods; far more important is our relationship with God. Jesus put his finger on this questioner’s heart. When we bring problems to God in prayer, he often does the same – showing us now we need to change and grow in our attitude toward the problem. This answer is often not the one we were looking for, but it is more effective in helping us trace God’s hand in our lives.

Vv. 16-21, 在耶穌說的故事裏，富翁能享用他存在穀倉裏的農產前便死了。為退休定了計畫-(為死前生命做好準備) 是明智之舉，但是，忽略了死後的生命，將會帶來更悲慘的結局。假使您積蓄財富只為使自己富足，而從不關心別人，您會兩手空空的進入永恆。The rich man in Jesus’ story died before he could begin to use what was stored in his big barns. Planning for retirement – preparing for life before death – is wise but neglecting life after death is disastrous. If you accumulate wealth only to enrich yourself, with no concern for helping others, you will enter eternity empty-handed.

 

2.       不要憂慮Do Not Worry: 經文 Scriptures reading: 路加Luke 12:22-34, 耶穌又對門徒說、所以我告訴你們、不要為生命憂慮喫甚麼．為身體憂慮穿甚麼。因為生命勝於飲食、身體勝於衣裳。你想烏鴉、也不種、也不收．又沒有倉、又沒有庫、　神尚且養活他．你們比飛鳥是何等的貴重呢。你們那一個能用思慮、使壽數多加一刻呢。這最小的事、你們尚且不能作、為甚麼還憂慮其餘的事呢。你想百合花、怎麼長起來．他也不勞苦、也不紡線．然而我告訴你們、就是所羅門極榮華的時候、他所穿戴的、還不如這花一朵呢。你們這小信的人哪、野地裡的草、今天還在、明天就丟在爐裡、神還給他這樣的妝飾、何況你們呢。你們不要求喫其麼、喝甚麼、也不要罣心。這都是外邦人所求的、你們必須用這些東西、你們的父是知道的。你們只要求他的國、這些東西就必加給你們了。你們這小群、不要懼怕、因為你們的父、樂意把國賜給你們。你們要變賣所有的、賙濟人．為自己豫備永不壞的錢囊、用不盡的財寶在天上、就是賊不能近、蟲不能蛀的地方。因為你們的財寶在那裡、你們的心也在那裡。

Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?  Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? "Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith! And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. "Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

解經Commentary from the N.I.V.p.2169 & 靈修版208頁

Vv. 22-34, 耶穌教導我們不要擔憂。但我們如何才不擔憂呢？唯有信心能叫我們不被貪婪和慾望困擾。有責任感的工作和做計劃是好的，但過分擔憂就有問題了。擔憂是毫無意義的，因為擔憂並不能解決我們的問題: 擔憂是傻子。因為宇宙之創造主愛我們，知道我們的需要。Jesus commands us not to worry. But how can we avoid it? Only faith can free us from the anxiety caused by greed and covetousness. It is good to work and plan responsibly; it is bad to dwell on all the ways our planning could go wrong. Worry is pointless because it can’t fill any of our needs; worry is foolish because the Creator of the universe loves us and knows what we need. He promises to meet all our real needs, but not necessarily all our desires.

 

3結論Conclusion:

1)      Rich Person: 凡為自己積財、在　神面前卻不富足的、也是這樣。(路加12: 21) Anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God. (Luke 12:21)

2)      Do Not Worry: 只要求他的國、這些東西就必加給你們了. 天父、樂意把國賜給你們。你們要變賣所有的、賙濟人．為自己豫備永不壞的錢囊、用不盡的財寶在天上。Seek His kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well. "Do not be afraid, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted.

邀請上帝幫忙我們看出我們所有的、更誠實地、看清楚的態度、和決定我們的優先。神的王國呼召我們用資源為工具，去完成神國永遠的上帝國之目標。

Invite God to help us see our priorities and attitudes towards possessions more clearly and honestly. The kingdom calls us to use resources as tools to accomplish everlasting kingdom goals.
