class='textCSS'>對於打工一族而言，被老板辭退是不好受的事情，故當他們有机會炒老板魷魚時，通常會沖動地想揚眉吐气一次。<br><br>其實無論是找到了更好的工作，還是不能忍受老板，辭工不干，或是要搬到外地去而辭工，無論如何是一次為自己職業生涯划上一個句號的最好机會。<br><br>即將离開自己心愛的工作或是討厭的工作，都無須把最后的句點畫成悲劇，應把它畫成峰回路轉的神來之筆。因此，愈其讓老板吃惊你的离職，倒不如大大方方，皆大歡喜說聲再見，留下一個好印象。<br><br>打工一族平時低聲下气慣了，等到可以大聲向上司和老板說“不”時，很難拒絕這個吐气揚眉的机會，但實際上，選擇以下步驟辭職，可能會給辭職者以后的人生帶來正面的影響﹕<br><br>辭職的第一步﹕必須是具有外交禮儀的，即擬寫一份辭職信，通常辭職信會作為員工檔案的材料。有人不喜歡寫辭職信，确實寫信比當面提出辭陳困難一些，但訴諸文字的辭詞或許更溫和、合理，經過寫辭職信后，再去与老板或上司談辭職之事時，心中就有數，也可以做到有禮有節。<br><br>辭職信遞交的日期，最合适的是在准備离開公司前的兩周，如果离職的原因是正面的，那么信中可以感謝老板給予的机會和幫助，如果离職的原因是負面的，千万不要在信中談及任何負面的事情，因為它可能在未來被用作不利於打工者的材料。實際上，要走了，論黑白也於事無補，只要表明辭意即可。如果公司真的在乎員工的去离，一定有一次談話的机會，到時再辯白也不遲。如果真的又留下來，因為信中無負面言語反而是有利的因素。<br><br>對於雇主而言，如果有員工要求离職，實在不必不高興，因為員工离職几乎是任一行業任一商家都會遇到的事，關鍵的是必須了解到職工离職的真正原因，如果是前者，那么盡管放心歡送。如果是后者，有可能是別的行業，別的商家的人才爭奪。也有可能是公司本身管理員工上的錯誤造成。雇主想了解這些情況，就必須要安排离職員工談話，除了肯定員工對公司的貢獻外，就得詢問員工离開的原因和他們的意見，也許雇主可以發現公司方面的問題，從而達到亡羊補牢的作用。<br><br>員工与雇主在最后的會談中，千万不要成為過河拆橋的過招，這樣就會失去了和解和了解的机會，如果雙方最后不是皆大歡喜說再見，那么公司裏的員工在他們离開時，可能會傾向於不辭而別，或是惡人先告狀，弄個滿城風雨，再得意地走開。有時候，員工辭工是不得不放棄心愛的工作，比如結婚搬家、生小孩、成為全職學生，那么盡量向雇主表達謝意，表示你很喜歡這份工作，并表示降落有机會愿意再加入公司，千万不要把門關上，堵了自己的后路。<br><br>有時員工是受不了上司的气而辭工，要在最后机會說好話确實不易，但愈其說﹕“你是一個坏老板，我從來沒見識過這种人”倒不如說“我現在要加入的公司對員工有更好關照和培訓，在那裏有更好的發展”。相信惡上司會無言以對。<br><br>辭職信、离職談話以及交接手續，几乎是完美的辭職。關鍵是你所持的態度，人必須有寬大的，向前看的心態，才能皆大歡喜。<br><br>整個辭職過程中，如果能做到以下几點，就算是完滿了。<br><br>一、提前兩周提出辭職意見。<br><br>二、盡量將手中的工作完成，并將未完成的交代清楚，并盡量留下說明記錄。<br><br>三、感謝上司的栽培，盡管事實并不如此。<br><br>四、向周圍的同事告別，千万不要最后才知會這些老友，或者讓他們有被賣的感覺。<br><br>五、如果与上司交情不錯，先談妥未來寫推荐信的事宜。<br><br>六、仔細想好与老板告別的念頭，才真正開始職工辭職的行動。雇主与雇員雙方要都皆大歡喜，其實不容易。如果員工找到更好的工作，老板會感到員工不忠貞而生气。如果員工因為不滿上司或是公司而离開，員工會有一肚子怨气。但是如果辭職的員工在任何行動之前已經深思熟慮，而不是意气用事，那么和諧的气氛可以被培養出來，皆大歡喜說再見是完全有可能的。<br><br></font>
