Culture Regeneration Research Society (CRRS Canada) was founded in 1994 by Dr. In-sing Leung, Ph.D & Dr. Yau-Kwan Ho Ph.D. et al in Canada as a non-profit, academic, charitable organization. Our headquarters is in Vancouver, Canada.
In 1996, Culture Regeneration Research Society USA (CRRS USA) was founded by Melvin Wong, Ph.D. and Rev. Cecilia Yau in San Francisco, California. CRRS USA is a registered non-profit charitable organization with 501(c)(3) status in USA.
Dr. Leung In-Sing is the founder and president of all CRRS regional offices, including Canada, USA, and Hong Kong.
